Owner and lead coordinator Lindsay Quaglia is certified with the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada and provides engaged couples with a wide array of service options to meet their specific needs. She adopts a laid-back and collaborative approach to planning so you can feel confident and stress-free on your special day.

The planner / coordinator you NEED

Where do I even begin?

As someone who truly believed we did not need a day of coordinator for our wedding, I was proved wrong by Lindsay.

During our initial consult call prior to booking, Lindsay was calm, informative and didn’t pressure me in any way to book.

I decided to book, thinking it could be good to have an extra set of hands on wedding day.

She was so much more than an extra set of hands!! Lindsay guides you through the whole process, through the use of meetings and her amazing planning template. Any concern you have, she is just an email or call away. As you get closer to wedding day, she liases with vendors to ensure you can focus more on enjoying the lead up to the day. Day of, she does it all!!!

Having Lindsay as a vendor is like having a good friend there all day. She gets to know you and takes over so you can relax and be present. It is truly the experience you WANT on your wedding day. Why pay all that money and spend all of that time to be distracted and stressed when all of your loved ones are there.

You NEED a month of coordinator and Lindsay IS your gal. I promise you that. We are so beyond pleased with our decision and would hire Lindsay again in a heartbeat. Worth every penny and more!!

The best wedding coordinator you could ever higher!

Josh & I cannot speak highly enough of Lindsay and her passion for what she does! She went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect wedding day!

When we hired Lindsay to assist with our wedding the world was a lot different.

She was a support system for us through every single up & down of planning a wedding during Covid!

Lindsay is the best!

I couldn’t be happier with having Lindsay as our planner. Planning a wedding around Covid limitations and not living in the area where the wedding was taking place was tough. Lindsay made it so much easier for us! She coached us through the whole process and provided lots of support while also making sure that we got exactly what we were envisioning. She is organized, patient, incredibly hard working and just an all around amazing person to work with. Whenever there were problems, she took care of them right away and made us feel so at ease. We were able to relax and enjoy because we knew that she had everything handled. Thanks for making my dream wedding a reality!

The perfect day!

Lindsay was such a great help on my wedding day September 28th. It was a 360 person wedding with a 22 person bridal party.. so I was super nervous about the day running smoothly. Lindsay made this happen and I had such a great time knowing she was taking care of all the details! She helped calm me down during a major seating chart emergency the night before the wedding and organized the 75 person family photo session on the day of. All of the meetings leading up to the wedding were organized, professional and she made sure we covered all aspects of the wedding. I had complete trust in her to help me make my special day so perfect!

We can’t put into words how wonderful LQ Events was for our wedding day and planning! Lindsay was behind the scenes with setup, ceremony, and reception. One of the best decisions we made!

I don't even know where to begin when writing a review for Lindsay! She was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding! We originally had a wedding planner ghost us and we were at a complete loss until I found LQ Events! From the minute we met we clicked and she understood the vision we wanted for our day! We 100% trusted her with every detail! She was organized, her communication was consistent, professional and fast, she was easy going and put up with my OCD! I can't recommend LQ Events more, if I could do my wedding again she would be there from day 1!!! Thank you so much!!!

Without Her, It Wouldn't Have Happened

After my destination wedding was cancelled I was heartbroken

After the original date passed, I found Lindsay
Without her there is absolutely no way I would have been married in 2020

She set me up with so many amazing vendors
Answered my multiple questions and gave me amazing suggestions I never would have thought of on my own

She did anything and everything to make sure my little backyard affair went off without a hitch and it ended up so magical

Planning a wedding during Covid, she was super professional
Zoom meetings were suggested and then masks were worn in person

I will never need to hire her wedding planning services again
However I will suggest her to anyone and everyone

Lindsay was our Life Line!

Words cannot express how thankful we were to have Lindsay in our corner. When we first met with Lindsay we were so excited to have extra hands on deck to help make our day stress free. Little did we know that we would be planning a wedding in a pandemic. Lindsay instantly became our life line. She kept us positive, was always looking out for us and our best interests, and was constantly checking in with us.

When we decided to move forward with a smaller wedding, we had about 3 weeks to plan a wedding from scratch. From changing our venue to helping us find new vendors- Lindsay was up for the challenge. I was so overwhelmed and so thankful Lindsay was there to help guide us through the process.

We had the most stress free day! Lindsay took care of everything. Everything looked even more beautiful than we even dreamed of. Lindsay, you made our day absolutely perfect. We got everything we imagined and then some. We will forever be grateful for everything you did for us.

Excellent, went out of her way to make things special for my bride to be.

Covid has made things quite challenging to say the least. I had different plans for my proposal but Lindsay helped create a romantic backyard proposal.

Furthermore, timelines changed and she made things happen so that I could surprise my fiancée. Highly recommended.

Professional, prompt and lovely planner to work with!!

I cannot recommend Lindsay enough for all your wedding/event planning needs! She was warm, friendly and knowledgeable right from the first meeting which immediately put me at ease- it felt like talking to a friend! Our wedding was a little bit off-beat and I was nervous about the planning but Lindsay was so calming and helpful and really went above to help bring our day together. She was prompt with all communication, researched services/vendors when I had questions and helped to coordinate all my services/vendors leading up to and during our day. Not to mention her keen eye for setting up decor which made the room look even better than I envisioned. Lindsay's services were reasonably and comparbly priced and absolutely worth every penny. She is such a lovely person to work with!

I’m Lindsay, the owner and lead planner over here at LQ Events! When I’m not running after my 4 year old, you can find me either raiding the shelves at Homesense or enjoying a glass of sauv blanc on the couch!

My approach to wedding planning is keeping it calm and level-headed and my goal is to help you feel like you are not navigating this process alone. Organization and genuine interactions are key when planning one of the best days of your life and I believe I have accomplished my job when you feel you can completely trust me to manage your big day!

With 17 years working in the hospitality industry, you better believe I am good at staying calm under pressure. The fast-paced environment of the hospitality industry, my love of celebration and passion for design are all things that lead me down the path to event planning.

Hearing about your love stories and watching them unfold makes my heart so happy (you can bet I’ll be the first one to shed a tear as I send you down the aisle).

I can’t wait to help you bring your plans to life!
