I cannot recommend Renée highly enough. After some preliminary research, I had narrowed my options for wedding planners down to 3 potential people. Renée was the final one I met with, and within minutes of sitting down with her, I knew she was The One. She understood my vision for the big day immediately, and was putting out wonderful suggestions for me before I even hired her.

I ended up booking the full wedding planning package with her, as work commitments took us out of town frequently, and when we were home, family life and volunteer commitments took over – no time for this bride to plan the wedding she envisioned. Renée was wonderful to work with, extremely patient with our hectic schedules, all the while spending time finding the most perfect details and touches for the event.

I think the biggest compliment I could pay her is that I did trust her to just take over the planning entirely, realizing she had things well under control and that whatever she did would be beautiful. So I let her surprise me with so many things that day, and all my friends will attest to being entirely surprised that I did that (one might say I'm Type A and really need to know every detail of things that are going on).

A few weeks before the wedding, an unexpected injury took me out of commission and into the hospital for surgery. I was especially grateful for Renée then, as I was pretty incapacitated for a couple of weeks while recovering. I have no doubt that without her help, I would have had to postpone the wedding. But she came to the rescue yet again, making last-minute changes to everything to accommodate the bride and her wheelchair.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Renée... working with her as been an absolute pleasure, and over time she became not only a vendor for the wedding, but a friend as well. Would highly recommend her, and would use her again in an instant for any other events we might need help with. Worth her weight in gold!

Renee and Joyce were great to work with! I had BIG expectations and HUGE vision for my wedding of 340 guests, we had to increase our budget to make my dream a reality but it was worth every cent - my fiance wasn't excited about the budget increases until he saw the end product. From the head table looking over the room he whispered in my ear "it was all worth it, sorry I gave you such a hard time about the costs. This day is perfect!" Renee & Joyce worked diligently to keep both of us happy. I know I was not a piece of cake to work with due to my sometimes unrealistic expectations but getwed worked hard to execute and deliver a near perfect and nothing short of magical wedding day!

Renee was amazing to work with - she never tried to over rule any ideas and she worked hard to make our ideas come to life. Anytime we needed anything Renee was just an email, call or text away and we always heard back remarkably fast. For as much as went on during our wedding day, I know I would have been a stressed out to the max bride if I didn't have her and her team!

As the Groom I didn't think wedding planning and coordinating was necessary, but convinced that it would relieve stress so my bride could enjoy the day. We decided to go with Get Wed. I felt that they were very professional.punctual, friendly,efficient, and very intuitive. They seem to try and be one step ahead of everyone to anticipate any trouble that may arise. I knew it was a good decision the day of our wedding. My boutonneire Broke right at 9 am playing traditional Chinese games and was given a replacement of the exact same well before the noon ceremony. I also remember seeing 3 individuals ready to walk the aisle the Bride, her father, and Renee, trying to make my wife's dress look as stunning as possible. Thanks Renee and Joyce I didn't realize that you got sick in the evening, went to your car and came back to finish the job. You guys really worked hard, cared and helped make our day one to remember.

Hiring getwed was the best decision we made for our wedding, other than deciding to marry each other of course! The decor was amazing, the service was flawless, everyone and everything was where they needed to be. Renée and Joyce even made crazy noises and yelled, “PUPPY” to make our baby smile for pictures! From the heart shaped marshmallows to the placement of the bouquets on the head table, no detail went unnoticed. We had wine in fancy glasses, a packed photo booth and even the hockey game on that evening. No bride and groom could be happier than us!

Thank you again for making everything so fantastically perfect! You made it all seem effortless!

We had actually hired a different wedding planner originally, who was awful and caused me a lot of stress. Once we decided to fire him and hire Renee, my stress melted away!

Renee was very professional. She listened to what we wanted, so she understood our overall vision. She was not pushy at all, but made suggestions even if they were different from what we had in mind (e.g., for decor) and her ideas were better than ours, and still kept to our style. She has good taste, and did well at achieving a great look, while keeping to our budget.

Renee replied to all of our questions promptly. She reliably did everything she said she would, by the time that she said she would. We felt confident things were under control at all times.

We got many compliments from the wedding party about Renee and her assistant on the day of the wedding. Everything went so smoothly, with minimal effort on the part of my groom and myself, so we were free to enjoy the day. They took care of any minor glitches that happened with the venue.

Renee and her assistant were absolutely fantastic. The day went off with out a hitch and was everything I had hoped for.

Our day went so smoothly because of Renee and her team. As a bride, you want to enjoy your day and not worry about making sure all those finer details are perfect. Let the professionals do that for you and hire getwed!!! My husband and I agree this was worth every penny!!

They were great. If i ever had a question or concern with anything they replied back very fast. Day of the actual wedding went by Flawlessly. If anything went wrong i had no idea as it was handled by them immeadiately.
