The Process

1) consultation
Fill out our Agenda Form and let us know more about your event. Outlining the Mobile Bar services details. And making sure its a perfect fit for your event.


2) contract and deposit
Once we know the direction of your event, venue location and other details. We will craft a customized proposal. If you decide that we are a good fit for your event then we will email you a contract to sign and an online payment form for a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remainder of your final bill will be due 1 week prior to your event.


3) consultation
As we get closer to your event we will send you a follow up . Where you let us know, if changes something needs to be adjusted . Making sure you you have a power source to the trailers.
4) final payment


5)the big day!
This is our favorite part… Showing up for your special day! We will arrive in the morning / 4 hours prior to the event, to park the trailer . Our friendly staff will make sure that you are happy with the services LET'S START PLANNING YOUR BIG EVENT! Contact us todayTHE MOBILE BAR

Our mobile bar is a converted .

Some people call it horse trailer, or bump pull trailer, horse box, or two-horse trailer.

These units have:

Large window on both sides for optimal service.

Ramps , side doors , or double doors at the back.

We have installed a state-of-the-art tap system

FAQs

Travel is included up to 25 kms,

within Barrie ..There will be EXTRA charges for events beyond the 25 kms radius.

Clients will be responsible for any required venue permits, clean up and power .

WILL THE TRAILER WORK IN MY SPACE?

The Mobile Bar needs to have room to park. There must be plenty of room for both the truck and trailer to pull through and/or turn around. Our bar requires flat ground for setup and service. We need access to a power outlet within 100 feet of the Mobile Bar.

You can use a generator.

HOW LONG DOES SET UP TAKE?

The Mobile Bar will arrive approximately 4 hours before your event start time.

CAN I DECORATE THE TRAILER FOR MY EVENT?

We will gladly work with you to decorate the trailer to match your event. Any decorations that will not damage the trailer can be used (no nails, non-removable adhesives, etc). The client will be responsible for any damages resulting from decorations.

IS A DOWN PAYMENT REQUIRED TO BOOK OUR DATE?

Yes, we require a 50% down payment along with a signed contract to secure your date. The remaining 50% will be due 7/14 days prior to your event along with any final changes.

DO YOU CARRY INSURANCE?

Yes, general liability and workers comp.

( FOR THE COMPANY , NOT FOR YOUR EVENT OR YOUR GUEST)

Do you need access to a power outlet ? yes , the Mobile Bar should run on a super quiet gas-run generator or extension cord to a main power....,

Cancellation policy ?

In the unlikely event a reservation needs to be cancelled for any reason, the deposit is only refundable if the booking is canceled at least 90 days before the day of the event. . In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate if you wish to reschedule.

Accommodating and Affordable!

I hired Rush Limousine for my wedding on July 13th in Barrie. Our driver arrived early and had everything we needed in the limo for a fun and safe drive to our venue.

Super fun transportation!

Rush limos ended up being a great addition to our wedding day. We have a few communication difficulties over email, however they were always quick to respond and correct any issues we had.

The limo itself is more of a van, but it is decked out with lights, couches, tvs and music. The ride to the venue was really fun. Steven was wonderful, made sure we had snacks and water during the ride, and had a pizza for us at the end of the night. He was on time for all pickups, super friendly, and even thought to have an umbrella for us if it was raining.

Definitely recommend this service if you are in need of transportation for an event!

Excellent Service

Steven is the best! He is responsive, accommodating, and it is soooo evident that he tries to make your special day as special as possible. He is extremely personable and the limo was so fun! He definitely helped to calm my nerves prior to walking down the aisle.
