Drew's Catering was our clear choice for our wedding. We selected our short list of caterers based on menu options, reviews, and vendor recommendations. Drew's was a clear winner based on their reputation, fresh and local menu options, and service. We decided to go with family style for our wedding as we had about 100 people and wanted the day to be intimate. Drew's helped us understand the best menu options for our budget and provided clear recommendations for food and service. For our tasting meal, Drew prepared all of our food and was flexible with our modifications. Drew knew how important having a local/west coast centric menu was and worked with the UBC farm to source a lot of the vegetables for our wedding day. The food was fresh, delicious, and the servers did an amazing job. All of our guests commended the service staff and raved about the food. Highly recommend choosing Drew's for any event!

My husband and I recently used Drew's Catering for our wedding in June, and I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. From the start, they made the entire process easy. They were there to answer all my questions, offer their advice when I needed to make a decision, and always responded back quickly. (some days multiple times!) On the day of our wedding, Drew's decorated our reception hall. They took my vision and brought it to life. They exceeded my expectations. The hall looked magical. I was very happy! The food was exceptional. We had comment after comment from our guests how much they enjoyed the food. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to all of our guests. When I first started approaching caterers for my wedding, it was a bit overwhelming, but I knew instantly I wanted to work with Drew Cooks! after speaking with Gordon (the previous Director of Catering Operations, who has since moved on). He and Kristi (the event planner who took over for our wedding mid-way through) were so responsive, helpful and most of all—patient! I had to revise my quote requirements many times from the initial meeting, and never once did the team at Drew Cooks! make me feel like a pain. They were great at going above and beyond to perfect every detail, and when you’re spending the majority of your budget on catering services you need to know you’re in good hands.

Not only was the entire planning process a breeze, we received A TON of compliments on the amazing food (we served a family-style summer dinner) and the wait staff/bartenders were really on the ball. Everyone was extra friendly, efficient and a blast to work with. One bonus was getting to do the tasting at their kitchen with Drew himself—it was such a personal, unexpected experience! I would 100% recommend the Drew Cooks! team for any event.

These guys are THE BEST. From working through menu planning and logistics with Gordon in the office to the super-friendly staff and incredible food on our big day, Drew Cooks was above and beyond what we'd imagined for our wedding caterer. They ran with our casual BBQ theme and so many guest commented that it was "the best wedding food they've ever had"... people are still talking about the smoked bbq beans!!! They were great about adding in personal touches, and especially catering to guests with foods sensitives - everyone at our wedding had delicious food they could enjoy without worry. Our tasting menu with Drew was on one the highlights of our wedding planning - such a fun, casual evening in their kitchen. The day-of staff was great - our bartender was a big hit and the staff did a particularly good job of making sure our wedding party was taken care of - even running food down to a barn at the other end of the property during our cocktail hour while we were taking pictures. We definitely hope to work with Drew Cooks again for future family parties!!!

Gordon with Drew Cooks was extremely professional, friendly, flexible and helpful. We had absolutely no worries with our catering, and Gordon was even able to help us with some last minute requests.

The salads were delicious. And while we had some comments that the salmon was a bit dry, it was overall a great experience and we did like having a family style meal with our friends.

I couldn't possibly say enough good things about DrewCooks! The food was fantastic and we had many many compliments on the food. On top of that the level of service was unbelievable. Every time I had a question in the months leading up to the wedding they would respond in at most a day....often in a couple hours. They were so helpful with everything and very friendly and professional. They really made wedding planning a breeze. I would highly recommend them.

We had Drew Cooks cater our wedding and the food was out of this world. We were on a tight budget and between Matthew and Gordon, we were able to come up with a tasty menu that was both delicious and inexpensive. With Weddings, guests remember a few things, the bride and groom of course, the dance and the FOOD. Our guests have told me over and over how delicious the food was and I have already referred Drew Cooks to those who have asked. The team was great! The minute I walked in to the Reception, I was greeted by a server offering to get me something to drink. Everyone was awesome. The food - out of this world. I would definately hire this team again.

We can't say enough good things about Drew Cooks. The food and service were fantastic and our guests are still talking about how good it was weeks later. Their event planner helped us organize all of the rentals we would need and the staff set up and cleaned up our venue for us. They have lots of menu options and we were able to pick exactly what we wanted for our appetizers and dinner. The staff was all very friendly and did an excellent job. The food is way better than your 'typical' wedding fare, all fresh and local ingredients, everything was so good. Highly recommend these guys!
