PenTen Events services were amazing to deal with! Our wedding planner Penny came with us to venues and helped out with choosing everything. I loved that she always told us "it's your day, do it how you want it." She really went the extra mile to make sure our day was ours! She has alot of her own supplies and decor already. She set up and decorated everything the morning of my wedding herself, using both things from her and whatever we brought and wanted included! She writes down notes and is very attentive to what you want. One of the best things about her is she is so calm and collected about everything. My wife is a worrier and very particular, any questions she had she just texted Penny and Penny responded right away. And of course we were both very nervous the day of the wedding, I was so thankful to have Penny to handle all of the details and the small things that you really don't have time to handle yourself when you are a bride! Penny also DJed for us. Our families all commented that the music was great and she took requests too! She played all of the right songs at the right times! We ended up having some difficulties with the hotel staff at the venue and Penny really helped us deal with that. If there was confusion, Penny was in there to set things straight. We were supposed to be out of the banquet hall by 2am and as you can imagine, all of the wedding party was fairly drunk by that time! Penny cleaned up and packed up all of our belongings and decorations into our truck for us! Nothing was missing and everything was organized perfect. I can honestly say she made our special day so much easier and just better than we could have hoped for. I definitely would recommend PenTen to anyone!
