Poonam and her team are extremely professional, punctual, organized, and very easy to work with! When the weather called for rain, Poonam and her team seamlessly managed our the decor flip inside one tent for our two different religious ceremonies without a hitch! As the bride and groom we were able to be very hands-off for our wedding and reception which made our day as enjoyable as possible. I cannot thank and recommend Poonam enough!! 10/10 for service and such a great team to work with!

After our original planner bailed on us two months before our wedding, my fiancé and I were stressing. Luckily, she introduced us to Poonam and honestly this ended up being a blessing in disguise. Right from the first meeting we knew that Poonam would be the right fit for us. Poonam and her team at P.S. Eventful are absolutely phenomenal! They helped to coordinate our wedding reception of 500 guests without a hitch. They went above and beyond to make our day special by being so hard working, professional, timely and able to jump into action to remedy any issues. Poonam was absolutely amazing as our day of coordinator for our NYE wedding! Poonam met with us twice before our wedding day to ensure she knew us and how we wanted our wedding to be. She is super laid back and flexible. On the day of the wedding, she was organized, professional, accommodating and fun! She took charge of all of the decor set up, met with all vendors upon arrival, organized our ceremony and reception and helped pack decor away at the end of the night (among many other things) She really made our wedding day stress free! Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made regarding planning our wedding and we would highly recommend her to anyone!

We hired Poonam as the day of coordinator for our wedding and we could not be happier with our decision. She was amazing in the month leading up to the wedding and went beyond all our expectations on the day of. I've already told her a few times that we could not have pulled off our big day without her! We planned our wedding from across the country and while it was complicated at times, Poonam listened to all my ideas (via Skype) and made sure that all my visions for our wedding came true.

Our ceremony and reception were in two different locations in downtown Toronto, but Poonam was totally organized and showed up well ahead of time for the rehearsal as well as the events of the big day.
Right after we arrived at our reception, our venue lost power (completely beyond anyone's control) but Poonam remained calm and organized and came up with a backup plan within minutes. At one point she was even offering to send someone out to buy portable fans :) Luckily the power came back on after an hour but I really appreciated how Poonam worked with the venue to make sure we were taken care of.

Poonam was one of the first vendors we hired for our wedding because I knew that we would need a coordinator to help us on the day and it was one of the best decisions we made. During wedding planning it can feel like people get tired of hearing about all your ideas and worries but I truly felt like Poonam cared just as much about our wedding as I did :) HIRE HER!!!

An Indian wedding can be extremely difficult and stressful to plan and coordinate, and having a wedding planner who is experienced, professional and quick to handle requests is priceless! We hired Poonam and her team for day of coordination for all our wedding events. All of our wedding events were exactly like how we have envisioned and it wouldn't have been the same without the exceptional organizational skills and commitment Poonam offered our families and us. Over the course of planning for our wedding, Poonam always made sure that she was available to us. She replied to all of our messages with a high level of detail, and in a very timely manner. We always felt supported through the planning process and we are so appreciative of all the knowledge and suggestions she shared with us. On the day of our wedding, every detail we had discussed was flawlessly executed. We had the privilege of enjoying every moment of our wedding, as Poonam took care of everything. Simply put: Poonam is the best! I knew I would be in good hands from the very beginning - as Poonam was the day of coordinator for my sister's wedding back in December 2014. So when I began to plan my own wedding - one of my very first to-do tasks - was to book Poonam for my day-of wedding coordinator, in which I would work with her a month out from my wedding.
Poonam was always extremely helpful, supportive and provided valuable insight and experience when I had questions for her. I had many details in my wedding that I had planned throughout the year leading up to my wedding, and Poonam executed everything flawlessly on my wedding day. Poonam was our day-of coordinator for our wedding and she was fabulous! She created a detailed day-of itinerary and helped resolve any logistical issues leading up to the big day. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about a thing. We had a 160 person wedding, and we made most of our own decor. Poonam set everything up (and there was a lot!), got all the vendors organized, dealt with any issues that came up, and kept us on schedule the whole night. All we had to do was show up, relax and enjoy the party! Our night was perfect. Working with P.S Eventful was the best wedding planning decision we made. We're going to recommend Poonam to all our friends who are planning weddings.

I stumbled upon Poonam by chance, looking for a wedding planner that lived close to me. It was the luckiest find for me! Poonam was so incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole process. She was also very personable and friendly - my mom absolutely adored her! She really made me feel at ease, knowing that on the day of my wedding, Poonam was there to manage all the little details and I could simply enjoy my day.
