Bryn at Artistic Affair was the best choice I made. She was not only my wedding planner but she became my friend. My wedding was big and on an island, with a lot of logistics, and she managed to pull it all together effortlessly. I wish we could do it all over again as it was the best experience of my life, and I have to thank Bryn for that!

Bryn helped us with our daughter’s wedding this summer and I would highly recommend her services. She has all the attributes that you would look for in a wedding planner; organized, upbeat, flexible, resourceful, creative and thoroughly professional. Bryn helped us select many excellent vendors and gently kept us on track throughout the planning process. She’s a born mediator, an attentive listener and is always respectful of everyone’s opinions. As an example, our daughter expressed concern that the location of the wedding ceremony was too close to the resort’s verandah and didn’t provide sufficient privacy. On very short notice and facing some logistical hurdles, Bryn nevertheless committed to “making this happen” and moved the ceremony to a preferable location. Bryn is an excellent trouble-shooter and has a calming influence on those around her. She was invaluable on the wedding day and an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end.

Bryn and her team were absolutely phenomenal in the months and weeks leading up to our special day. However, it was on our big day that An Artistic Affair truly delivered value. Bryn made our wedding a truly carefree day, which allowed us the time and opportunity to remember every special moment. We would highly recommend An Artistic Affair to anybody who may be considering retaining professional wedding planning services. We would also offer a brief piece of advice to any couple that is not considering hiring a wedding planner – hire one and make sure it’s Bryn!

An Artistic Affair provided event planning services for our daughter's wedding. Bryn was amazing at taking our many (often changing) ideas and making them happen. She was extremely professional, organized and efficient, as well as just being an awesome person to work with and get to know! The wedding day went off beautifully and we were able to really enjoy it and be present in the moment. All of the many details were taken care of and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Definitely a worthwhile investment!

Bryn was wonderful to work with every step of the way. She was an excellent resource and really helped us stay organized. She had planning sheets that she would send out to us periodically throughout the planning process outlining next steps to think about and kept us on track with both planning and budgeting. She is very flexible and gave us both as much help and autonomy as we wanted. She offered creative and practical opinions with each step but was never put off if we declined her suggestions. She has a great rapport with local vendors and was a fantastic resource for finding the right people to be our photographer, DJ, cake supplier, etc. She really spent the time to get to know us and what our vision for our wedding day was about. On the day of the rehearsal, we ran through the event step-by-step. After we had reviewed the itinerary I really felt that we had planned as much as we could and was very excited for the next day. I really felt that Bryn knew what we wanted for our wedding day and I told her that from then on that she was the primary person to make any last minute decisions and make sure that the wedding day went according to plan. Our wedding event was smooth and as wonderful as we had hoped. Knowing that Bryn was there gave me such peace of mind and really allowed me to enjoy the day and take in each moment as it happened. To this day, I have no idea if there were any last minute glitches or issues, but I certainly didn't notice them if they happened and I'm sure Bryn made sure that the event was seamless and to our liking.
