No communication

Heather's job is to make our wedding easier, but she has done the opposite, she has made the process harder on us.

After paying her, you can expect: no communication, false promises, and no help, not even on the simplist of tasks.

We have asked for a refund, and so far she has refused. Don't waste your money like we did. We will be looking for another coordinator.

Unreliable

Heather was unreliable and unresponsive over email. She offered to show us a mockup photo of a wedding table that we could use as an idea of her services. She promised to send that picture “today” multiple times. 1 month, 1 down deposit, and many reminders later, still haven’t gotten that picture. I don't trust her services and I don't recommend her.

Amazing service!

Heather of PEPP Services is an incredible asset to any event and I would highly recommend her for all your wedding-related needs. We hired Heather for day-of coordination for our wedding and she did an amazing job. The decorations were beautiful and totally transformed our space. Heather also made sure everything went according to plan that day and took so much stress off of us so we could enjoy our day without worrying about the details. We would highly recommend PEPP Services for your party planning needs!
